[WSBAPT] Potential Referral - Interesting Probate Issues

I have a potential client I would like to refer to an attorney in King or Snohomish County. The case is interesting but not the sort I am taking on these days, and I'm too busy anyway.

Recent decedent survived by spouse. Decedent had a couple of judgments against decedent (but probably not against the spouse or the community). Both judgment creditors are also deceased. Concern would be the spouse not losing all equity in the house, which is the main asset of the estate. The house is located in King County.

I would be glad to discuss the case in greater detail if anyone is interested.
