[WSBAPT] Split Family Allowance - Divide House Proceeds - Surviving Spouse Passes

Listmates:
Husband dies and the Court divides the family allowance, which is the home,
equally between surviving spouse and a child of the deceased husband. House
is listed, but not yet sold. Surviving Spouse has died, in the mid-west,
where she had moved. No probate there. Not sure who are the heirs for that
spouse. How do I get the house here sold? Just start a probate, with the
step-child as PR, so the house can be sold?
