[WSBAPT] Closing Estate - Final Report - RCW 11.76.040

I have always published and the one time I asked for a waiver, the Snohomish County Commissioner told me no and I had to re-note, publish and come back.  Of course, no one showed at the 2nd hearing either.

Listmates,

I always thought if closing an estate using a final report and a hearing, rather than a notice of completion, that you simply gave interested parties a notice of hearing.  RCW 11.76.040 appears notice of hearing must be published, in addition to serving it on interested parties.  Have any of you done it that way?
