[WSBAPT] Referral Request: Timeshare Dispute Assistance Needed

Hello Listmates,

A former estate planning client and I have repeatedly contacted their
timeshare, "The Gardens at West Maui," which is managed by Soleil
Management LLC in Las Vegas, NV, via certified mail. We have also called
the company several times, but were given the runaround and received no
substantive response. We have requested a copy of the actual timeshare
contract and other relevant information, but to date, there has been no
cooperation. My clients are seeking to terminate this timeshare contract.

If anyone can recommend attorneys or professionals with experience handling
timeshare disputes, I would greatly appreciate your referrals.
