Good morning.  Can someone recommend an attorney who can assist with a deed
issue in a Probate matter involving home / land in Philippines?

Parents died and left children, one living in the US and rest live in
Philippines.  The US heir has now died, and her brothers are heirs to her
Estate.  I opened her Estate in WA and have been dealing with the brothers
in the Philippines.  Brothers speak Tagalog.  We are engaging an interpreter
to assist.  None of them are able to provide any copies of deed and we need
to get copy of deed and deal with the situation.
