[WSBAPT] access to home to locate will

Listmates, Decedent's estate plan was located at her home during her lifetime and she showed the plan to her children. We have found assets in a trust created by decedent and her first spouse but do not have a copy of any will or trust. She remarried a hoarder. The new spouse is in the house and claims he cannot find any planning. The new spouse is elderly and the house is a mess and he will not let us in to look. Could I petition the court to enter the house to find the planning? I've done that to get into a safe deposit box where a decedent was known to keep a Will but I've never asked to entry and look in a decedent's house when the occupant is not cooperative - Shannon
