Decedent had a revocable living trust but had an investment account with no beneficiary designations outside of the trust that had to go through probate. Pursuant to the decedent's pour-over Will the account will be distributed to the trustee of the trust, who is also the personal representative. Does the Declaration of Completion and Notice of Filing of the Declaration need to be sent to the beneficiaries of the trust? I would think not since they are not beneficiaries of the estate, per se.
