[WSBAPT] Lay Personal Representative - appropriate fees

I have set 2 rates recently which the court has accepted - one for layman work and the other for more complicated work - meeting with CPA, attorneys, realtors, balancing checkbook, going to bank, etc.

                Min. Wage - $16 - 20.00 an hour - what the PR would pay someone to haul junk, run errands, clean and go through house, etc.  Pierce county right now is $16.28/hr.
                $40-50 / hr. - the court has accepted this for the more complicated, brainy work needed.

Greetings!
I know what the law says about personal representative fees regarding complexity of assets etc.  I'm trying to get a feel for an appropriate hourly fee for a lay Personal Representative in Pierce County.   This is an engineer by trade.  Thanks in advance for any thoughts you might have.
