Do any of you do anything special when a Trust terminates and the assets are
finally distributed, aside from maybe a final accounting and a receipt from
the beneficiary? In this case, the Trust beneficiary has reached age 35 and
the grandparents' Will says that the Trust is to terminate and all remaining
assets to be distributed to the beneficiary. Like a final report or
something discharging the Trustee? And if so, do you have a template you'd
be willing to share?
Thank you,
Steve Aita
