I can confirm that this is an older list.  At least it was a starting point.  There may be successor publishers to the ones who are no longer circulating.

The Clerk of the Court for each county likely has a current list of acceptable publishers in that county.  Upon request, they should be able to provide you with a copy of their internal list or the back of the envelope on which the list is written.  (insert smiley face).
