[WSBAPT] Stevens County Appraisal

Good Morning,

                We are handling an estate that includes property in a remote area of Steven's County.  Colville is the nearest town.  One parcel includes a rustic cabin, and the other parcel is undeveloped timberland.  Can anyone assist with a referral or referrals for a market analysis, appraisal and/or timber valuation for this property?  It is not a large estate, but there is potential for dispute between the children of the deceased and their stepmother.
