[WSBAPT] Letter of instruction

Ann,

Has the bank already been provided the PR's Letters of Administration
issued by the court?
I wonder if that is actually what the bank is asking for, and the bank
teller doesn't know the correct term...
When I hear a bank asking for anything with the word "letter" in it, that's
usually what they actually want.
