[WSBAPT] Oregon Real Estate Contract Probate Required?

Listmates:

Husband & wife have a Washington Community Property Agreement with all 3 prongs. Converts all property, including separate property to community. Husband owned a home in Klamath Falls, Oregon that he sold using a promissory note & real estate contract. AmeriTitle in Klamath Falls says that “some sort of probate” is needed.

Looking for Oregon counsel to represent the surviving spouse to clear this up.
