Greetings listmates,
I am wondering if there is anyone out there who can give me some advice on
drafting a will that includes future music royalties. HC is the parent of
the artist, not the artist himself. Artist passed away some time ago and HC
has been receiving the royalties since that time. HC wants to leave the
income stream and the rights to any future negotiations, representation,
etc. to only one of two children. I just learned of this asset and have no
further information. I wanted to throw it out there and see if anyone is
aware any issues unique to music royalties to be on the lookout for before I
reach out to HC for more. TIA
