Hi again-

I have received many questions about by email yesterday asking for beta software testers. At Agile Estate Planning, we're currently seeking beta testers for our Oregon estate planning drafting software. What is the Software and What Does it Do?
Our cloud-based, subscription platform is designed to streamline the drafting of estate planning documents, including Revocable Trusts, Wills, Financial Powers of Attorney, Advance Directives, HIPAA Authorizations, Dispositions of Remains, and an estate planning summary, all tailored to Oregon State law. In addition to automating the drafting process to save you significant time, our software enables you to send client-facing estate planning questionnaires online, customized with your firm's branding. The information clients provide through these questionnaires can be seamlessly integrated into the drafting process, making the creation of estate planning documents even more efficient. What Will the Pricing Be?
Our goal at Agile EP is to offer a high quality, state-specific forms product that's affordable and flexible. Once available for purchase, our Oregon Estate Planning Forms & Questionnaires will be available for a monthly subscription price of $150/month for the first user and $50/month for each additional user.  There are no setup fees or contracts - you can cancel a monthly subscription at any time.  We will also have an annual subscription available for $1620/year for the first user and $600/year for each additional user. If you sign up for our BETA, test the software and complete the final feedback survey, we are offering $75 off your first month's subscription.

Our Request of You.  We are conducting this user research for our own internal purposes, to improve the product for our users before we fully launch the software. We would like your comments, redlines and thoughts on the concepts included or omitted, the document language, and the user interface design and questions. Our final feedback survey should take no more than 10 minutes of your time, and our software has "sample client data" loaded to make it easy for you to test the software quickly.
