[WSBAPT] Referral for trust beneficiary litigation

Hi all. Decedent's daughter came to us about the possibility of modifying
the terms of her dad's RLT that he had established with his ex-wife. The
RLT said upon his death, 1/3 of his estate would go to his ex-wife's
family's endowment at a university. He wanted to update his estate plan
after the divorce but didn't before he died suddenly. Money is needed to
keep the family business going.

Would anyone be willing to speak with the daughter about what if anything
can be done? She has the ability to pay.
