[WSBAPT] Easement dispute

Hi,
I have a client with a real estate issue.
His neighbors claim that he is infringing on an easement and have filed suit to enforce it. My client thinks the lawsuit is without merit, but I don't know why.
I don't have many details at this point. 
This is way outside of my practice area.
Does anybody have a recommendation for someone to handle this? Self-referrals would be welcome.
