I have another first.

A local medical provider (that I have received claims from in the past) has
submitted a creditor claim for nearly $250k, the amount of services that is
pending insurance.

I have a multitude of ideas running through my head as to how to respond.
The fact is that as "proof" of their claim, they sent two invoices showing
the amount due as $6k and $3k, with the note on the invoice that insurance
payment is still pending on the remaining $249k.

Before I send this off to my Executor - I would appreciate thoughts on how
others may have handled this.

Appreciate hearing from you.
