[WSBAPT] Referral for SSDI Atty

On this one, I'm a little confused, and would welcome input and education!

I was of the understanding that SSDI is *not *a means-tested benefit, such
that receipt of an inheritance would have zero effect on ongoing SSDI
eligibility.

Totally distinct from SSI, which is a means-tested benefit, and receipt of
an inheritance certainly could affect eligibility.

Is the theory behind the referrals that we should assume that a person who
is disabled and on SSDI may *also* be on SSI, and so the issues should be
addressed just in case?
