[WSBAPT] Heirs not found - anyone ever publish Notice of Pendency

Isn’t this typically done through an heir search agency?  (I’ve never had to do this – following for other responses).

I have a client who is requesting that I publish a notice of pendency to reach any unknown heirs.
Has anyone taken this step when all avenues to find heirs has resulted in none known?
If yes, was it by motion and order to publish?  If you have an example, I would love to see it.
