Listmates, I have a probate with acreage in farm country (Lewis Co) and another local property (Pierce) both of which the PR needs to sell, but there is a lot of heavy equipment at both sites that client needs to go first. Client has valuation from Stokes but they will not help with on-site sales. Any other auctioneers recommended to help? Thanks, Shannon
