[WSBAPT] Seeking Referral - Philippines Real Property

I do not know the area. The only referral I got was for Aureli Sinsuat
https://flo.com.ph/our-team/. I believe their firm is actually in the
Philippines and not in the US, but hopefully my client is able to work from
afar with an attorney actually in the Philippines.
