Client has two children she is leaving her estate to. She also has a birth
daughter that was adopted as an infant by another couple. My client has
become close to the birth daughter, and wants to list her as the remote
contingent beneficiary. Should I refer to the birth daughter in the family
section, or acknowledge her in some way?
