[WSBAPT] ISO medicaid asset/eligibility planning referrals

Listmates,

I have a PC whose father lives in Pacific County and has had some health
issues over the last months. PC is starting to take over managing assets
and setting up estate plan for dad, including dad gifting his real property
to PC. PC wants to speak with someone about medicaid estate recovery and
what impact these transfers would have, what exemptions might apply, etc.
Not my area of expertise so seeking any and all referrals.

In general I've been getting more inquiries about medicaid eligibility
planning so would love to maintain a list of folks who are practiced in
this.
