[WSBAPT] Need Referral for Interesting CIR Case

I would appreciate a referral for a longterm client. Sounds like an interesting case. I don’t do litigation any more and this was never in my wheelhouse anyway. And I’m on vacation with my son in Taiwan. 

I just spoke with the daughter of a long term client. He recently moved out of a 40 year CIR/Equity P’ship and now resides in AZ. She remains in WA and allegedly has advanced dementia. Unknown whether there is a POA or G’ship, but apparently her son hired a King County attorney to bring a CIR/Equity P’ship action in King County. Client was served in AZ just now, so clock is running. 

I would appreciate any referrals. Feel free to self refer.
