Hello All,

I have a probate where the only asset is going to be proceeds from a wrongful death action. Insurance has agreed to pay out already. There is one minor child of decedent, Another child of decedent is petitioning to be PR.

Has anyone petitioned for appointment of a GAL that will also serve as SGAL for the underlying wrongful death settlement? If so, would you be willing to share any sample you have?

We have a GAL in mind to request.
