Amy,

If you Snohomish county or King County (not sure which calendar you are 
noting on- that LCR doesn't sound like its King County), you should Look 
on the court's website at the docket.
If a motion is not timely, it will ordinarily be rejected.

You could also call the Clerk's office to see if it was added to the 
calendar.

If you can't tell from the docket or the Clerk's office, you could also 
contact OC or OP and let them know the motion is untimely.
Ask THEM to strike it.

Unless YOU want the motion to be heard anyway, without your client's 
permission, I would not recomment that you assume the cost of an order 
shortening time.
