Maybe warn/caution current AIF perp regarding possible referral to APS pursuant to RCW 74.34 for “financial exploitation” (under RCW 74.34.020(7) definition, and possibly demand return/surrender of original DPOA. It’d be nice if a more suitable alternate AIF is named in the instrument. I have a client with a similar situation. . Would appreciate other suggestions to List.

Subject: [WSBAPT] Removing one AIF in a Durable/General POA?

I have a situation where the client's first named POA is allegedly doing some bad things. If the Principal is unable to sign a new POA - best recourse to getting the "bad" AIF to be removed (especially if they don't resign willingly).
