[WSBAPT] Accessing Deceased's Apple/Microsoft Accounts

Hi all,
Has anyone gone through the process of getting a court order allowing a PR access to a deceased's Apple products and Microsoft accounts?
Decedent died unexpectedly without a will or any planning. The family needs access to decedent's iPhone and PC to administer the estate. They do not have the login information.
Can this be done as an ex parte motion within the current probate, or am I going to need to file a new petition and serve both Apple and Microsoft?
Thanks,
Dave
p.s. Apologies for the cross post with KCBA RPPT.
