[WSBAPT] Reasonable Hourly Labor Cost for Estate Personal Representative?

All,

I represent a PR of an estate, with assets Including real estate, located
in Skagit County. The PR has no accounting/legal/real estate
professional skills. I have read in the recent past that "lay" PRs are
charging around $50 an hour as a reasonable labor rate and courts are
approving such a rate. Is this the experience of others? Does any one have
any orders approving of such a rate? If not, what would be more reasonable
these days?
