[WSBAPT] Different Pierce County Publication for Notice to Creditors

Thank you for the clarification. My contact had been Ken. He is gone now. I
had presumed it was a sale given that his email signature was "publisher" -
and now it is being run through Sound Publishing.

Either way, they have changed terms. I'm not a fan. Would still like to
know if there are other options for Pierce County.
