[WSBAPT] seeking referral for AirBnB startup/operation advisement for Pike Place Market condo

I have a friend who owns a condo just off of the market. She has not been using it much herself and wants to look at the possibility of making it an AirBnB or some similar short term, transient rental. I don't practice in that market, and knowing that Seattle can be a difficult market to manage rentals in, I want to refer her to somebody with expertise in this market.
