[WSBAPT] Parking Spot Eviction?

Good Afternoon -

I have a probate matter with real property. 

The decedent’s son has been living at one of the properties since well before the decedent’s death. 

The son “sublet” a parking spot to someone to use for his RV. I believe the person is living in the RV.

The property is now being vacated so that it can be sold as part of the estate.

The person with the RV says he needs to be formally evicted so that he can get assistance from DSHS to get a new spot.

Does anyone know the proper procedure to remove the RV/tenant or, better yet, have forms that might be helpful?
