[WSBAPT] NV Estate Planning Attorney

[David Greenberg]

Can anyone recommend a Nevada estate planning attorney for PC with an estate that will be federally taxable after the 2026 sunset?

PC met with someone who told him he was required to have a Nevada trustee for his rev trust after he and his spouse pass away.  Can anyone confirm if this is true or not?
