Hello All,

I have PNCs( two children), who would like to pursue guardianship/conservatorship of their mother. Mom has capacity issues and PNCs are POAs and Trustees. However, the new spouse appears to be using mom to enter into different debts, withdraw large amounts from accounts (bank says Grantor of trust can always do that even when successor is appointed), and is being very secretive and difficult).

Does anyone have a referral for a great attorney that practices in Island County?
