These are forms I have in my bank that were created in 2002. I have no
memory of creating them and can't even remember when or why I would have
used them. At least the Petition has some statutory and case law cited...

I know this is a long shot and apologize for the double posting . . . is
anyone familiar with obtaining a writ of mandamus to compel a public
official to act according to the relevant RCWs?
