[WSBAPT] Specific distribution of real property

We always try to include the tax parcel number and at least the abbreviated legal description in a specific bequest in a Last Will. Not sure its “required”, just always best practice.

I have yet to see a legal description for a gift of property in a will. The address or tax parcel number is sufficient to identify the gift.
