[WSBAPT] TEDRA counter and cross claims

I filed a TEDRA answer to complaint and added 3rd party defendant AND cross and counter claims.
I have served all parties.  Is there a need for another TEDRA summons for service on the 3rd party defendant?
The hearing was set for the original TEDRA petition next week.

It would seem the new 3rd party defendant would have another 20 days to file an Answer but my review of RCW 11.96A provides differently.
Anyone have experience with this and what happens at initial hearing?
A Notice of Mediation has been filed and the Petitioner in the original TEDRA petition has agreed to mediation.

A co-defendant has not answered and is the same defendant that cross claims were made.
A new 3rd party defendant was added and served but it would seem has 20 days to respond once served with the Answer and addition of the 3rd party defendant.
