I think we are trending more towards $50/hr for basic tasks. Of course, it always depends upon the dynamics of the estate.

Colleagues,

I like to check in every now and then to see what folks are advising clients as far as a "reasonable rate" for time spent administering an estate.  Historically, I've advised that up to $30/hr was reasonable for basic tasks and up to $50/hr was reasonable for more advanced tasks (taxes, meeting with an attorney, etc.).  Is this in line with what you advise?
