I have an Executor who had a tough time and faltered a little bit at work with the anniversary of the death of a spouse. They also happen to be a highly paid employee and think they are being targeted for RIFF to bring in someone "cheaper" - looking for a plaintiff's side employment attorney they could speak with as their year end came with a meeting with Manager and HR.
