[WSBAPT] Opening trust acct for US-citizen trustees living abroad

Hi All,
I am hoping someone on this list can offer advice about opening a trust account where the Co-Trustees who are US citizens living abroad.

I am handling a minor settlement trust with Trustees who are US Citizens living in Europe.  I have not had success working with US-based financial institutions to open a trust account (needing Trustees to appear in-person, rejecting online notarization of applications).
