[WSBAPT] New Bill Filed - Uniform Custodial Trust Act

As a member of the Executive Committee of this section, but as a solo
practitioner, I would love to hear from you thoughts on a bill that has
been pre-filed for the new Uniform Custodial Trust Act. SB 5037

There are specific limitations to which the Section itself can comment "as
a section" but that doesn't mean individuals or groups could get join
forces to sign letters, testify, etc.
