[WSBAPT] Looking for referral in Spokane

Hi folks. My nephew lives in Spokane and is having trouble with his
neighbor, who lets his dog poop in their yard, who yells at my nephew and
his wife, who is taking videos of their daughter while she is outside in
the yard, all kinds of bad behavior.

Does anyone have a referral to an attorney my nephew could talk to?
