[WSBAPT] Estate Tax Avoidance for Single Person

Listmates:
Widow did nothing, when her spouse died, to set up a credit trust. They had
no estate planning documents at all. Now she wants to set up a credit
trust. I do not see how that can be done. Would a generation skipping
trust work at this stage to remove her ownership of asset and reduce her
estate?
