[WSBAPT] Estate Planning Attorney Position in Vancouver, WA (second post)

Hi Colleagues-

We are an Estate Planning and Probate Law Firm located on Officers Row in Vancouver, and we are looking at add another attorney to our team. If you know of someone looking for a great opportunity, please send them our way.

10 years ago, I founded the firm to continue my family’s legacy of helping other families. Growing up, my parents ran a non-profit counseling center. Like the conversations my dad had with his clients, I find my conversations as an estate planning attorney touch on many of the same topics. My goal for our firm is to hold space for families to reflect on what is important for them, and make sure the legal structure support those items of importance.

We currently have 13 people on our team, which includes 3 attorneys, and we are hoping to increase that to 4 attorneys. We are supported by an amazing team of paraprofessionals.

The ideal attorney will have 2 to 10 years of experience and be licensed in Oregon or Washington. Above all, we are interested in finding a cultural fit with an attorney who works well with our entire team. A strong connection to the Vancouver area is also a big plus, as most of our clients are from the Vancouver area.

We hope to hire by October. We offer competitive pay (starting at $80k+), generous time off (19 days for federal holidays, 10 days for additional firm closures, and 10 days that are floating), and strong benefits (4% 401k, sabbaticals, health, dental, vision, life, and long term-term disability).
