You may want to download the form first, and then open the file you just saved.  That sort of workaround has worked for me in the past for various issues.

Subject: [WSBAPT] REETA issues

Does anyone else have issues with the REETA form from the DOL website not printing the words typed into the box? I am reaching nuclear meltdown levels with this where the words are there, but when I click out of the text box it just goes back to blue. This is happening for the legal description and reason for exemption.

Appreciate any hacks that you might have!
