[WSBAPT] Downwinders

I have a client who died a few years ago.  He was a "downwinder" in that he grew up in the Tri-Cities area and was exposed to nuclear contamination, and then later he served in the military on an Aleutian island where nuclear tests had taken place.  As a result, he had health issues all his life.  Are there any attorneys around who could talk to his family about these issues?
