[WSBAPT] North Carolina Attorney - joint ownership agreement/LLC/better option?

I know a potential client intending to purchase real estate in North Carolina (west side of the state), and the individual and partner intend to co-own property with a third-party.

Does anyone have a referral to a North Carolina good attorney that can help them create the best form of joint ownership for their purposes?

Asheville and West is probably the general area they are looking. No property has been purchased yet.
