[WSBAPT] Small Group Real estate and probate seminar needs an attorney to speak

I was contacted by a realtor, and she has asked that I share her request to have an attorney speak at her small group mini seminar.  I am not available on May 18, 2024.  If anyone is interested, here is her information and you can respond directly to her.  When I first started in probate work many, many years ago, I spoke at Edward Jones mini seminars and found it was easy to talk generally about Wills, powers of attorney and directives to physicians in front of the small group.  It provided me with several new clients and helped build my practice.

Real estate agent with eXp. I will be hosting a senior seminar on May 18 from 10:30 to 12:30 in Lake Stevens.
The purpose of this seminar is to help older folks understand medicare, legal considerations (trusts, will, POA, etc), home equity options, and the real estate market. I have someone to cover all topics except for legal.
