Subject: [WSBAPT] Trust but no will

Hello Listmates,

We have a probate matter where the decedent created a living trust during her lifetime but failed to fund it property so now probate is needed — the issue is that we cannot locate a pour over will. The attorney who drafted the trust has since passed. I believe at this point we proceed with an intestate probate?
